Re: Security Updates Failing Win7-64 80073701 Could not check for updates with error 80244019. Ran Windows Update Troubleshooter which fixed a couple problems then tried again. Checked for updates successfully and found 2 updates to run. Tried to run and failed with error 80246007, then...

Hello and TIA for Your Help! 30 years IT, but cannot solve my partners Lenovo Notebook issue running Windows Updates on Windows 7 64 bit. Security updates are failing due to missing files. Have tried every fix - WU troubleshooter, SUR, etc. which brought me to your forum. CBS.zip attached.
