Windows 8.1 unable to repair system files

DISM got to 100% and said DISM failed, NO changes were made. The full DISM log and CBS logs are attached

The SFCFix appears to have run fine but the DISM is still running with no message in the command window for 8 hours except the initial Image Version.... Here is the SFCFix Log as of 11:00 PST. I'll let it run overnite SFCFix version 2.4.5.0 by niemiro. Start time: 2015-07-05 14:54:21.117...
