Well now it seems my problem is coming from ndis.sys and Wdf0100.sys. I don't have a clue about what's going on here...

Ok i did that. I loaded optimized defaults on BIOS so i have no overclock. I'm running LatencyMon now, should i do anything else? EDIT: welp, it did'nt last much...
