"Restart Your PC to Finish Installing Updates" - stuck and can't find solution Running Windows 8.1. Managed to avoid a Windows 10 drive-by download, but now my mother's PC (to which I am logged in remotely) keeps insisting that I restart it to finish installing updates. Have tried to reset this...
