Windows 7 updates won't download

I hid the update but it reappeared, so I hid it again and it worked. When I checked the hidden updates it showed KB3035583 twice. It seems to be a persistent update.

Success! Thank you for your assistance. There is only one thing. I carefully went through the updates to make sure KB3035583 wasn't checked before I downloaded applied them. However, when I viewed the update history it shows KB3035583 installed along with the rest. My Windows Update settings...
