Re: Crash and upon restart: "api-ms-win-downlevel-shlwapi-l1-1-0.dll is missing" I didn't have connection when my Ethernet cable was plugged in. I was posting from my laptop. It's all okay now I re-imaged and everything is working fine. I will post again if anything comes up.
