Im back on windows now after a couple of resets @,@. all updates installed.. should i try installing windows 10 again? :D

Updates installed. I restarted the computer. And not its stuck on "preparing to configure windows. Do not turn off your computer." I think its taking too long to configure

I tried installing windows 10 using the media creation tool on both options "on this pc" and make a USB. with the correct version of windows 8.1 64bit (single language edition). did the ISO installation but windows8.1 64bit single language cd key isnt recognized by windows 10 home. on windows...
