Ok Thanks TOm , My apologies im new to this where is the C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests located ? as my computer will not allow access to it ?

Yes Patrick i tried this several times wit no job detials of the file are CBS zip folder 13mb if you have nay logs you can see i have attempted to upload this to your site the progress bar said 100% then displayed nothing - i successfully uploaded the blue screen death file yesterday around...
