Hi Aura, 47 Important updates - All Windows 8.1 updates = some are for .NET framework 3.5, 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 + some security updates and rest Updates for Windows 8.1 for x64-based systems... 12 Optional updates (1 Silverlight, 1 Skype-which I don't use and rest 10 Windows 8.1)

No.i meant they were installed automatically. I just clicked install updates. They were downloaded by the windows update. Later when this error occurred, I was thinking download them manually from Microsoft download center, but that's tedious job so I didn't do.
