[SOLVED] [Win8.1 Pro x64] Cant find any updates, standalone updates not installing

Windows updating is utilizing 25-30% of CPU constantly, but not making any changes and do not find any updates since few months. I've tried to install standalone rollup (Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64) hoping to also update WU agent, but it doesn't work, when I run it just "searching for updates"...
