Problem with installing Windows 10

I currently have an Acer Aspire M5 laptop and have found it to be getting slow. I decided I should just do a factory reset. I go into Windows 10 option to do a factory reset and watch as the computer restarts and tries to do its thing. As the laptop comes back on, it is giving me an error code...
