Bought new pc, sound crackling.

I need the computer asap tho, but i still think about that, im just curious if its a HW problem or SW problem.

Bought new pc, sound crackling.

Hello, so yesterday i bought a new pc and i have a wireless headset, that is working normally on other pc's without crackling sounds in it. I tried a lot of google fixes from Throttling disables to bios updates nad my LatencyMon is still bad and i still hear a lot of crackle from my headset...
