Win 8.1 SFC finds 2 corruptions and audio not working

Currently the audio doesn't work in my Win 8.1 system. I am not sure if it happened after a particular update or not. I have tried almost everything short of a fresh re-install or refresh. I have also disabled AVG and Komodo and added exceptions and ignore rules to make sure they are not...
