Win Server 2008 R2 - Installation of WMF 5.1 KB3191566 (powershell) stuck for many hours 12+

Guys, As silly as it may seem but on my last attempt yesterday evening I was so annoyed and tired that I just left it running and forgot all about it. Now to my astonishment and shame in front of you all... The KB was in fact installed successfully after around 24 hours of running time...
