Sure, thanks for your reply. I click on the windows 10 upgrade icon. It starts downloading. At the end of the download, a prompt appears that says windows 10 doesn't come with media center. I click okay. Then it gives me the user agreement prompt. I check agree and click okay. Then I get...

Thank you for the reply. I built my computer so I've never installed Norton or McAfee. Things I've tried: 1) rebooting 2) enlarged reserve partition to 500mb. (I saw this work for some) 3) windows 7 is up to date. 4) tried Microsoft fix-it
