[SOLVED] Windows Updates sometimes fail-Malwarebytes won't run-possible OS permission issues?

Can't seem to upload CBS.zip file. It's about 40 megs. I go to the upload pop-up window and upload the file but it doesn't show up. If the file size is a problem, there are multiple CbsPersist_201610 files. I can delete some if that helps. Let me know.

Won't start. Same problem. I am going to run the MBAM cleaner twice in Safe Mode as per TwinHeadedEale on the MalwareBytes forum and run new FRST reports first. Thanks
