trying to fix missing corrupt files

hi i been trying to update my laptop to windows 10 but it always get stuck at 32%. i found out that im missing some files and i think that's why. i ran the windows update diagnostic tool and it said that its service registration is missing or corrupt im new to this so sorry if i didnt explain...
