I was trying to track down the issue and I found out that when the taskbar started to be unresponsive, on Saturday, there was a Windows Update for Windows Defender Antivirus. Could be a coincidence but as of this moment I cannot open Windows Security dashboard. The window will open and close...

So, I followed the link you gave me and enabled the Administrator account. Taskbar is unresponsive on that account as well😟

So I ran the apps that were giving me the bad image error and that seems to be fixed :D Thank you so so so much!!! There is a small issue tho :( I noticed that after the SFC Scan I did on Saturday, my task bar stopped working. The start menu won't open, the search bar and notifications center...

Hello again, Here is cbs.txt after reboot and SFC Scan. It went all the way to 100% with the same message: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Thank you once more for taking the time to help me! :)
