Hi softwaremaniac, Attached: CBS.zip, I ran SFC under the Admin account. The only errors/warnings I could read are duplicate ownerships

All diags from Settings->Update & Security->Troubleshoot Looks like they are collections of PowerShell scripts located in Windows\Diagnostics. They also fail when run from .diagcab files downloaded from MS, e.g.: https://aka.ms/wudiag

Hi, I do not understand. This is a French W8.1/64 OEM, initially Home edition, that I promoted to Pro using a Technet key. The English system language is not installed. It has been offered by WU, as well as some 30 other language packs, but I did not install it, and I have masked these updates...
