"Restart your computer to install important updates" but never updates!

Hello Since november, 2015 my computer asks to restart to install updates, but it never actually do it. In Updates History there is an update with "Failed": Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3060716) Date of installation: 09/02/2016 23:35 Installation Status: Failed Error...
