"Restart your computer to install important updates" but never updates!

Hello
Since november, 2015 my computer asks to restart to install updates, but it never actually do it.
In Updates History there is an update with "Failed":
Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3060716)
Date of installation: 09/02/2016 23:35
Installation Status: Failed
Error details: Code 8024200D


I tried:
-Microsoft fix-it
-Manually installing updates (still fails to configure)
-Editing the registry (On specific instructions from Microsoft forums)


Any ideas? I don't really want to format my PC, just in last case...

Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log;

• Download the right version of SURT for your system;
  • Your version of Windows is:
• Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go throught the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes);
• On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log;
• Attach this log in your next reply;
