I solved the whole problem this way : installing the latest windows 10 version via USB booting on my SSD from an other PC. I never thought it would be what I had to do but... I can't explain it, it's working that's all it matters!

So, i tried a new RAM kit, tested with both the CPU and the motherboard, 3200MHz, exact same issue. I suspect driver compatibility issues but i can't figure out why it's impossible to boot on my USB drive. I will try to do a clean install of Windows 10 on my SSD via an other computer and then...

Yeah you may be right. I added a speaker to my MoBo and i observed that every time i try to boot it beeps shortly once. According to the constructor site, this MoBo's BIOS is AMI and it seems that the beep code is corresponding to:" DRAM refresh failure". I will try to get a new RAM kit. I will...
