Update from windows server 2019 to 2022, failed during install

I ran sfc /scannow and the result was: Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. I ran the SURT/DISM Run and the result was: The operation completed successfully. In attachment, I now add the BS Folder and the ComponentsScanner.txt
