Hello I have a VM with windows server 2019 installed in evaluation , with still some days left.
But I need to upgrade to indows server 2022 standard.
I added the ISO to the VM as a CD, I run the setup, it does all the procedures, but when the blue background installation screen comes, the procedure stops just before 60%,and I get the message "windows server installation has failed" as shown in the picture.
I have tried several times, even to convert the evluation to a standard one, and put a key of a wndows server 2019, but it gives the same error.
Attached I put the files "setuperr" ( which, however, has as the time of the error, a time a few minutes earlier than the actual stop of the installation) and the result file of the "Get-WindowsUpdateLog" command.
I don't know how I can solve it, I searched the net or the pc, but I couldn't figure out where the error is

I ran sfc /scannow and the result was:
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I ran the SURT/DISM Run and the result was:
The operation completed successfully.

In attachment, I now add the BS Folder and the ComponentsScanner.txt
