[SOLVED] DISM errors, and SFC errors in CMD. Help?

(Realized that I initially posted this question in the wrong section) I'm trying to repair my niece's hard drive. Keyboard and mouse functions are no longer working when Windows boots (Even safe mode), and this is the case whether it's USB or PS/2. Initially when I tried PS/2 it worked, but...
