Problems in Windows 10 with playing video's and music

I'm having troubles with my laptop. Since a while i'm having trouble playing video's and music. In spotify i get no sound, on netlix and YouTube I get error codes and even playing my own video's from my harddrive gives an error code. Playing video from my laptop: error code 0x800706cc...
