Ok when i did it it said DISM failed. No operation was performed, For information review the log file. Error: 0x80040154 Here is the CBS.txt it gave me Download CBS.txt from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

here you go, see if this works i keep on getting error 400 when i try and look at it Dropbox - CBS (1).txt If dropbox doesn't work i also did sendspace Download CBS.txt from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

I have been plagued by this error for months now, i have looked everywhere called Microsoft on multiple occasions and that got me no where so i'm here asking anyone if they can help me. It all started when i booted my PC on day and i got this endless loop of PC repair, no matter how much i shut...
