Thank you for your help so far. I searched for new updates and after another restart the list of important updates had four items. Two were installed correctly (KB4487078 and KB890830), other two failed again. Here's my new CBS log folder...

[SOLVED] win7 x64 - cannot update, keep getting Error 80073701 on KB4048957

I did. Windows was installing "2019-01 KB4480970" but ended up with same error 80073701. After restart there are no new important updated (disappeared from the list) but Update History Log show "Failed" on these updates (attached screenshot). Don't know what to do now...
