OK, new to this site and maybe I'm not the quickest but, can somebody PLEASE tell me where the "new topic" button is so I can try and use my 1 month old shiny new lap top that won't do dittley with WIN 8.1 every time I shut it off and restart it? I've done the start from new BS twice and just...
