Old programs and old windows updates that were installed before my reinstallation of windows, but I still can't install windows updates. And I kinda messed up so there's -4 corrupted files again... And I get 800703F1 Error too.

So I got a different error - 80070490 and I googled it and it seems like the CBS file is messed up, is there any way to fix the CBS file without system recovery?

So, I tried using SFCFix and it fixed over 10k files, but there's still over 2k corrupt files left any ideas how to fix them too?
