I can usually tinker my way through issues but have hit a major roadblock.. :banghead: This laptop had a failing hard drive and was stuck in a boot-loop. I did a few chkdsks and managed to get the OS limping along. After which, I went ahead and cloned the disk to a SSD and she was back up...
