Thanks, I ran the SFCFix script, and attached is the results. I tried running Windows updates after but it's still failing. I then ran "DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth" and attached is the DISM and CBS logs from that run. It looks like maybe it's complaining about the...

Is there anything that I can filter out of the Process Monitor Trace? The file that it generated was rather large (6GB just for the period that the update was running).

I removed the update with the FRST64 fix script you provided. I was then able to successfully install the KB that was failing previously. I ran another check for updates and it looks like it is all caught up now (will find out for sure when the next monthly updates come out later this month!)...

[SOLVED] Windows Server 2012R2 not updating

Attached is one of the previous CBS logs, looks like it was moved to one of the CbsPersist files which is why it wasn't captured in the last log that I sent. I also attached the search results for KB4339284 using FRST64. It looks like maybe this is the issue from the CBS logs? 2022-05-05...
