Cant detect External Hardisk

ok now i can detect but the old issue is back, my external hdd appears as local disk and i cant access it, i tried on laptop/pc still same :)

Hi all, i not sure whether this is the correct section or not but this is my problem, hope u guys can help. So my initial problem is that, my fujitsu external hardisk appear as local disk whereby i cant excess it, so i tried to uninstall it, but after uninstalling it, it doesnt appear at all...

xbox controller and headset, i tried removing them earlier but doesnt really help, the weird thing is the problem occur randomly.. its like this week the problem occur then after few weeks there is no issue then suddenly it came back, guess i need to send to shop to check haha

Having usb device not recognized issue

same thing still occur even i remove them and reboot, this problem happens 2 days ago then after few try of rebooting finally the problem gone.. is it possible my usb hardware problem or 1 of my usb driver is corrupted ?

i would like to add something, this issue usually happens randomly not all the time, i think my document files saved in ssd, basically whatever i open and close it will open and close slowly not just documents file, for example my calculator, sticky notes, everything if the "unrecognized USB...

erm sorry, this happen "your document "will open/close in slow motion" because of this "unrecognized USB device", all the while its like that sorry for not stating the slow motion part in the beginning >.<, as for malware clearance i think i have done that. System spec

Hi, i am back. i tried the ways u suggest above but now the problem is back, let me explain clearly, basically if i have this issue whenever i open or close a file like my computer, my document etc it will open/close in slow motion

The log is above ^ My internet explorer still same, cant remove hao123 as for my google chrome if i press the desktop icon it will still appear hao123 but if i press the google chrome in my taskbar it opens the websites i set
