Certificate error accessing Outlook

Vista and IE9. I must restart the computer each time I'd like to get into my emails on outlook.com. I get Certificate error and can only get in after a restart. Seeking help, thanks.

[SOLVED] Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of the

I already ran the SFC.exe file from Microsoft. It created 2 notepad text files on my desktop. SFC Details and CBS. Would you like either or both of them? I am having trouble copy/pasting them into the reply window and I am not well versed computer expert. Thanks

Why all the warning messages attached to this file? Can or will this damage my system? Couldn't you open the CBS.zip file?
