Windows updates fail to install with error 0x800f0900

I ran SFC twice. First time it did not replace the previous CBS.log file. I deleted the log and ran again and resultant file was 0 bytes. Since you asked the question if the program ran I ran SFC and the resultant file is attached.

Trouble installing MS update KB3197868
