Windows keeps asking to update over and over again, please help

Here is the CBS folder post clean boot: Dropbox - CBS2.zip While uploading this to dropbox I received another 'windows need to restart to install updates' Thanks.

Windows keeps asking to update over and over again, please help

So my windows update keeps asking to restart after about 5 mins of turning my laptop on, the first time it restarts can't be postponed but the one after can, so I've put up with it for a while but now it won't let me update my USB drivers because other updates need to be installed first...
