[Win7HomePre x64] SP1 won't install (Error: 0x80073712)

I got confused and did not update the CBS folder. But here it is now. I did the sfc /scannow prior to making the rar. Also uploaded it into Dropbox because it was not showing up when I tried to upload it to the site. CBS.rar I hope there's any way to fix my issue. Thanks !

Any help please ? :s. SUR says there are "CSI Payload File Missing". And the service pack 1 won't install no matter what i try.

Hello everyone, I've tried to fix this issue for quite a while. I have run SFC, SFCfix, SUR and more, but nothing is working. I have also tried to update to SP1 manually and have tried to update using offline programs, but none work. I always get the error of 0x80073712. Here are some files...
