Windows 7 Pro Network Icon in System Tray slow to come up to speed

Everything seems to boot ok except for the networking. The icon in the system tray sits there for a while (maybe a minute) with the little blue circle going around. Then it momentarily changes to the disconnected icon and then everything is fine. I don't actually have any networking problems...
