FYI - When I booted up my computer to complete the above step, chckdsk started. It said that the disk was dirty. I did not see how many files it fixed because I had to work on something in the other room and the time I came back it was at the login screen. =================================...

Every time I try to open and use Windows System Defrag, it closes. When I try to start it via the command line, it fails, as well. I tried to run chkdsk, but it said it was unable to run while the system was active, so it scheduled chkdsk to run on restart. It failed. I ran `sfc /scannow` to...
