I do understand, but i am a bit stumped. What should i do? Windows came preinstalled, and i dont have a disk. Not sure how to reinstall if that is what i need to do. I can also "refresh" windows, which will kill all loaded apps. Would that solve the problem? BTW, Just for fun, i tried to...

I originally noticed a problem trying to install some software. error 1935 appeared and i tried some posted easy fixes. Did not work. This lead me to notice that my windows never updated the .net framework. In tracking down the updates, i noticed that windows had not updated for ~ 2 months...
