[WinSBS2011] Cannot install WinServer2008R2SP1

Cannot install Windows 2008 R2 SP1 on SBS 2011 server. Installs within the GUI and after reboot fails and rolls back. Error is BC9. Have tried resetting Windows update, running sfc (no errors found) Also tried downloading and installing the update manually. Attaching link to One Drive folder...

[SOLVED] [WinServer2012R2 VM] Hyper-V cannot install Rollup Updates 800F0922

Server 2012R2 VM running Exchange 2016. Brand new VM. Had issues checking for updates. Manually installed April 2016 Windows Update update. Have tried multiple times to install any rollup update. Have installed all other critical updates normally. Get's to about 62% on the second reboot and...
