Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them

Followed the early threads and am attaching my CBS Files. Thanks for any help. This all started because system restore would not work (has not worked for a long time). i had downloaded a java update yesterday and as of this morning i had no graphics and most of my website links were failing...

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

ran the sfc command and that is what i get. followed some previous threads and was able to save my cbs log to desktop. i have vista. thx for any help.
