[SOLVED] Windows 10 Issues - DISM Error 0x800f081f

OK, I waited a couple of hours and tried again and this time both the /scanhealth and /restorehealth functions completed successfully. After restarting my computer, the start button appears to be responding appropriately again, so hopefully my issue is resolved. Thank you for your help!

I ran sfc /scannow again after the fix. Result: Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. Then I tried to run dism.exe /online...
