[SOLVED] Windows Vista - SP2 update error 0x800f0900

Where do you guys get all these files from? Are they available through the microsoft site? Wondering why i couldn't find any of these files through their site to begin with.

Happy to report that SP2 finally completed installing! Unbelievable that it took over 3 hours to install. Thanks again for the welcome and the help! You guys have a new fan.

Thanks so much for the fast response zcomputerwiz! After applying the packs and following the steps it appears that the corrupt file was fixed! So far winupdate ran and updated some .net files and now am in process of running the sp2 patch. Looking good based on the CheckSUR log. I was...
