Start Menu , DISM, sfc /scannow and probably Windows update don't work

I ran a program called adsfix because of a PUP/Malware that I scanned and removed. I'm running Windows 10 and Malware-bytes anti-exploit so I don't think there's any more problem with malware. Unfortunatley the adsfix seemed to corrupt Windows so Start Menu and clicking on Time/Date don't work...
