[SOLVED] Explorer Not Launching on Startup after W11 Windows Update

Just wanted to share my appreciation for this post. We were mired with this black screen for the last 3 weeks. We had a number of additional things we had to do once the state repository files were deleted, but we were able to get our machines working again!

Windows Server 2016 Issue

Hi, I am getting an error 1734 "The array bounds are invalid." running DISM on a machine. It is Server 2016 Standard. The DISM, and CBS logs are attached. Thanks!

2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5015808)

Hi, I have a server that is stuck searching for updates when attempting to apply KB5015808. We've tried to apply it via Windows Update, and the MSU file. I've ran SFCFix and it has found no corruption. Please help!
