[SOLVED] [Server2012R2Upd3 x64] WU Issue: Error Code 0x800F0831

Hi guys, I'm having an issue and found a similar thread in here which I tried to use to be able to troubleshoot this but I hit a barrier when I couldn't read the COMPONENTS file. SFC scans/Dism do nothing to fix the issue. Automatic Windows Updates or manually trying to install update results...
