Progress! I did the steps from Safe Mode and it works - I used the fluffi444.zip For me it looks like that some/one of my running programs uses the font msyh.ttf and did not allow to delete it Here is the log... Looks like this is done.... SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro. Start time...

It's an Samsung 850 EVO 500GB and almost new - only some month old... Do you really think that this is an hardware issue? Samsung Tool Magician said that its in a Good state...

Sorry for the hassle. Here is the log - sorry its in German but main things should be understandable... SSD is still quite new... And there is an old log included from 12-09-2017... Maybe I should delete both msyh.ttf from Safe Mode? ListChkdskResult by SleepyDude v0.1.7 Beta | 21-09-2013...
