update to Win7 SP1 fail

Hi all, I'm having trouble updating my Win 7 Ultimate X64(6.1.7600) to Win 7 SP1 I downloaded windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe and tried to update my Win 7 directly, but failed. Then I tried the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems,and I got a huge log file CheckSUR.log...
