Can I just say you have been fantastic and I give great thanks for sticking with me. I have been trying for a long time to get this into win 10 with no success. The dup user thing has dogged me for ages.and led me down manny paths including creating a clean user in the past. Have also seen posts...

non microspft services disabled and startup items disabled restart and scan for updates result
